BRIDAL WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our pieces which is why we offer a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke and bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs and missing pavé stones.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

If you encounter any problems with your engagement ring or wedding band, contact us and a member of our team will follow up on how to proceed with your repair. 

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of SDG Private Client will void this warranty. 

FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY

It is our promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please reach out to us at concierge@sdgprivateclient.com so we can get this taken care of for you!

We stand behind the quality of our pieces and offer a complimentary 3-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the U.S.

This 3 year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

  • We will repair any manufacturing or quality-related issues at no cost.

  • However, repairs due to wear and tear will incur a fee, which will be assessed in advance. If the damage is wear-related, we’ll provide a quote before the piece is sent in for repair.

  • After 3 years, we’re happy to assist with any repairs at a fee, plus taxes and shipping.

All pieces are carefully reviewed by our jewelers, and no work will begin without your approval of the estimated cost.

Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

For issues with any of your RC pieces, please contact concierge@sdgprivateclient.com and our Customer Concierge Team will assist in initiating your repair or resizing.
