Warranty
SDG Private Client offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.
Resizing & Repairs
All in-stock engagement rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes around 2 weeks. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please contact us.
Please note: Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.
