  • Warranty

    SDG Private Client offers a complimentary 3-Year warranty on all Fine Jewelry pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. 

    Resizing & Repairs

    All in-stock engagement rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes around 2 weeks. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please contact us.

    Please note: Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.

  • This item is made to order with your preferred metal and ring size. It takes up to 10 business days for production. We ship via FedEx with a required signature, and the package is fully insured. Delivery usually takes 2 days once shipped.
