Warranty
SDG Private Client offers a complimentary 3-Year warranty on all Fine Jewelry pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.
Resizing & Repairs
All in-stock engagement rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes around 2 weeks. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please contact us.
Please note: Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.

This item is made to order with your preferred metal and ring size. It takes up to 10 business days for production. We ship via FedEx with a required signature, and the package is fully insured. Delivery usually takes 2 days once shipped.
